From 22:50 on August 21 to 02:05 on August 22 the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of the Birali settlement of the Davali region, Saybali settlement of the Garakilsa region using various caliber small arms periodically subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions stationed in the direction of the Garaaghaj settlement of the Sadarak region of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and Minkend settlement of the Lachin region.

On August 21, at about 19:45, in the territory of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeeping contingent is temporarily stationed, the activity on redeployment of the military vehicle Ural aimed at reinforcement of the positions of the illegal Armenian armed detachments, opposite the positions of the Azerbaijan Army in the direction of the Shusha region was observed.

On August 21, from 10:25 to 10:30, the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of the Yukhari Shorzha settlement of the Basarkechar region using small arms subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions stationed in the direction of the Yellija settlement of the Kalbajar region.The Azerbaijan Army Units took retaliatory measures in the mentioned direction.

Illegal Armenian armed detachments in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeeping forces are temporarily stationed, have intensified the use of radio-frequency interference to GPS satellite navigation systems of passenger aircraft of local and foreign airlines flying through the airspace of Azerbaijan.

On August 21 starting from 07:05 to 07:20 illegal Armenian armed detachments, in the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeepers are temporarily stationed, attempted to install long-term fortification facilities in front of the Azerbaijan Army positions stationed in the direction of the Khojali region.

Starting from 23:55 on August 20 to 06:10 on August 21 the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the directions of Goysu settlement of the Basarkechar region, Jil settlement of the Chambarak region, Brun settlement of the Gorus region using small arms periodically subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions stationed in the directions of Galakend and Novoivanovka settlements of the Gadabay region, Ahmadli settlement of the Lachin region.

On August 20, at about 15:15, members of illegal Armenian armed detachments in the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeeping forces are temporarily stationed, attempted to install long-term fortification facilities in front of the Azerbaijan Army positions stationed in the direction of the Lachin region.

On August 20, at 00:05 the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of Shishgaya settlement of the Basarkechar region using small arms subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions stationed in the direction of Galakend settlement of the Gadabay region.

On August 19, at 16:45 the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of Azizli settlement of the Basarkechar region using small arms subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions in the direction of Yellija settlement of the Kalbajar region.

On August 19, at about 16:00, illegal Armenian armed detachments in the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeeping forces are temporarily stationed, under the guise of agricultural work, attempted to install long-term fortification facilities in front of the Azerbaijan Army positions stationed in the direction of the Khojaly region.
