On March 23, Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, hosted a military parade on the occasion of Pakistan Day.

According to the training plan for 2024 approved by the Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, classes on the enlightenment of servicemen continue in the Azerbaijan Army.

In accordance with the action plan approved by the Azerbaijan Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov a series of events with regard to the Novruz holiday were held in types of troops, the Combined Arms Army, Army Corps, formations and special educational institutions of the Azerbaijan Army.

A group of servicemen of the Azerbaijan Army and the Military Orchestra band of the Military Institute named after Heydar Aliyev are visiting Pakistan to participate in the military parade on March 23.

On March 20, the leadership of the Defense Ministry visited the servicemen undergoing treatment in the Main Clinical Hospital of the Defense Ministry.

The events held under the instructions of the Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov to promote the national and moral values and educate Azerbaijan Army’s military personnel are being continued.

Events dedicated to the 109th anniversary of the Çanakkale Victory were held in special educational institutions subordinated to the National Defense University.

On March 18, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov met with the delegation led by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan.
