On December 4, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov met with the delegation led by the Minister of State for Defence of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Lord Vernon Coaker, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan.

In accordance with the bilateral military cooperation plan for 2025 signed between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Defense Forces of the Republic of Hungary, a meeting was held in Baku between specialists of both countries in the field of military medicine.

To enhance the knowledge, skills, and professional level of psychologists serving in the Azerbaijan Army and to improve their effectiveness in various service conditions, a psychological training program is held at the Military Management Institute of the National Defense University.

“Doğu Akdeniz-2025” (Eastern Mediterranean-2025) invitational exercise was held in Izmir, Türkiye.

According to 2025 Individual Partnership Cooperation Programme with NATO, a seminar on “Countering improvised explosive devices” is being conducted by the Mobile Training Team of the NATO Allied Joint Force Command Brunssum.

According to the 2025 training plan, during the inspections on the results of the year conducted in the Combined Arms Army by the Main Military Inspection of the Ministry of Defense, the successful activities of the military units and subunits were highly assessed.

A meeting was held in Baku in regard with the implementation of the relevant article of the Protocol of the 16th Azerbaijani-Turkish High-Level Military Dialogue Session between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Türkiye.

In accordance with 2025 training plan, the next training session involving a group of reservists called from the reserve was conducted in one of the military units of the Special Forces within the joint actions with the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription.First, classes were organized to familiarize reservists with regulations and safety rules.
