Illegal Armenian armed detachments in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeeping forces are temporarily stationed, have intensified the use of radio-frequency interference to GPS satellite navigation systems of passenger aircraft of local and foreign airlines flying through the airspace of Azerbaijan.

On August 21 starting from 07:05 to 07:20 illegal Armenian armed detachments, in the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeepers are temporarily stationed, attempted to install long-term fortification facilities in front of the Azerbaijan Army positions stationed in the direction of the Khojali region.

Starting from 23:55 on August 20 to 06:10 on August 21 the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the directions of Goysu settlement of the Basarkechar region, Jil settlement of the Chambarak region, Brun settlement of the Gorus region using small arms periodically subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions stationed in the directions of Galakend and Novoivanovka settlements of the Gadabay region, Ahmadli settlement of the Lachin region.

On August 20, at about 15:15, members of illegal Armenian armed detachments in the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeeping forces are temporarily stationed, attempted to install long-term fortification facilities in front of the Azerbaijan Army positions stationed in the direction of the Lachin region.

On August 20, at 00:05 the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of Shishgaya settlement of the Basarkechar region using small arms subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions stationed in the direction of Galakend settlement of the Gadabay region.

On August 19, at 16:45 the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of Azizli settlement of the Basarkechar region using small arms subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions in the direction of Yellija settlement of the Kalbajar region.

On August 19, at about 16:00, illegal Armenian armed detachments in the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeeping forces are temporarily stationed, under the guise of agricultural work, attempted to install long-term fortification facilities in front of the Azerbaijan Army positions stationed in the direction of the Khojaly region.

On August 18 in the morning accompanied by a combat vehicle belonging to the Russian peacekeeping contingent temporarily deployed in the territory of Azerbaijan, illegal Armenian armed detachments and the remains of the Armenian armed forces units were observed strengthening their combat positions along the Khankendi-Gaybali-Dukanlar-Khalfali route in the Karabakh economic region.

On August 18, at 10:20, Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of Istisu settlement using small arms subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions in the direction of the Istisu settlement of the Kalbajar region.

According to the training plan for 2023 approved by the Azerbaijan Defense Minister, the Air Defense Units carried out combat firing at the combined-arms training range.
