The events held under the instructions of the Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov to promote the national and moral values and educate Azerbaijan Army’s military personnel are being continued.

Festive events in military units are held in closed conditions In accordance with the plan approved by the Azerbaijan Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, a series of events with regard to the Novruz holiday are held in types of troops (forces), Army Corps, formations and special educational institutions of the Azerbaijan Army.

Events dedicated to the 109th anniversary of the Çanakkale Victory were held in special educational institutions subordinated to the National Defense University.

The process of providing permanent residence apartments to servicemen (active-duty servicemen, discharged servicemen, or their heirs) who distinguished themselves by exemplary military service for 20 calendar years or more continues in order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On measures to strengthen the social protection of servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan” dated December 28, 2011.

According to the training plan for 2024 approved by the Minister of Defense, the kettlebell lifting championship was held among servicemen at the Training and Educational Center of the Azerbaijan Army.

Combined Arms Army continues practical classes on combat training in the Rocket and Artillery formations, units and subunits in training ranges and areas in accordance with the plan.

Combined Arms Army holds session on the commander training system with commanders and deputies of battalions and batteries.
