Farewell ceremony held for martyred soldier Chingiz Gurbanov - VIDEO

A farewell ceremony was held on February 6 for soldier Chingiz Gurbanov, who had become a shehid (martyr) during preventing enemy’s provocation at the Azerbaijan-Armenia border on December 29, 2016.

Thanks to the efforts of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev, the body of a soldier Gurbanov Chingiz Salman oglu who has become a shahid (martyr) during suppressing the enemy's provocation on the Azerbaijani-Armenian state border on 29 December 2016, was transferred to the Azerbaijani side on February 5.
