As part of the Joint Action Plan for 2018 signed between the Ministry of Defense and the State Committee for Work with Religious Associations, meetings were held in the formations and types of troops of Azerbaijan Army.

According to the relevant instruction approved by the Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, the Department of Psychological Training and Public Relations of the Main Department for Personnel carries out activities in some military units for the effective organization of psychological work with military personnel, psychological study and enlightenment of servicemen.
