Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan –Commander of the Air Force, Lieutenant General Ramiz Tahirov and military attaché of the Republic of Turkey in our country, Brigadier General Ismail Hakki Koseali have attended the opening ceremony of the “TurAz Qartalı - 2019” Flight-Tactical Exercises.

The "TurAz Qartalı - 2019" Joint Flight-Tactical Exercises of the Air Forces of Azerbaijan and Turkey are continued today.

On 4 September 2019, the Office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office in accordance with its mandate plans to conduct the next ceasefire monitoring exercise on the Azerbaijan and Armenia state border in the direction of Tovuz region.

According to the approved decree №755 of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 17 August 2002, prior to 1 September 2019, the Armed Forces Relief Fund's AZN account amounted to 102.500.283,98 Manats, dollar account amounted to 213.577,88 USD, the euro account amounted to 17.266,0 Euros and the ruble account amounted to 5000,0 Rubles.

Army Ideological and Cultural Center named after Hazi Aslanov and the Baku City Main Department of Culture have organized a concert program for the servicemen of Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Georgia who will take part in the “Eternity-2019” Exercises.

Orienteering championship was held among the military personnel of the Nakhchivan garrison.
