Baku hosted a working meeting between the STANAG commissions of the Azerbaijani National Defense University and the Georgian National Defense Academy.

The delegation led by the Chief of the International Military Cooperation Department paid a visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to participate in the meeting of the Joint Military Committee between the Defense Ministries of Azerbaijan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh.

According to the bilateral cooperation plan, the “Indestructible Partnership-2025” joint special forces exercise is being held in Azerbaijan with the Special Forces of the Azerbaijan Army and the units of Special Operations Command of the Presidential Guard of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, who is on a visit to Uzbekistan, met with servicemen representing Azerbaijan in the “Unity-2025” joint regional exercise.

Distinguished Visitors Day of the “Unity-2025” joint regional exercise, organized in the Samarkand province with the participation of servicemen from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, was held on October 21.

At the invitation of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Lieutenant General Shukhrat Khalmukhamedov, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov left for Samarkand on October 20 to participate in Distinguished Visitors Day of the "Unity-2025" (Birlik-2025) exercise.

"Unity-2025" (Birlik-2025) joint regional exercise involving servicemen from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan is continuing in the Samarkand region of Uzbekistan.
