As part of the Individual Partnership Cooperation Program for 2022 of the Ministry of Defense with NATO, a training course on the topic “NATO Operations Planning Process” is being held at the Military Administration Institute under the National Defense University by the Brunssum Allied Joint Forces Command Mobile Training Group, the Netherlands.

As a result of the activities carried out by the Engineer-sapper units of the Azerbaijan Army in the liberated territories, more than 2300 hectares of the area were completely cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance throughout May.

Starting from the evening of May 31 to the night of June 1, the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of Musurskend settlement of Tovuzgala region and Yukhari Shorzha settlement of Basarkechar region of the state border using small arms subjected to fire the positions of the Azerbaijan Army in the direction of Aghdam settlement of Tovuz region and Zaylik settlement of the Kalbajar region.

In accordance with the training plan for the current year, medical training on the topic “Triaging, placement, and provision of medical care during mass admission of patients and wounded to the hospital” was held at the Main Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Defense for cadets of the Military Medical Faculty of the Azerbaijan Medical University.

The Ministry of Defense and the State Committee for Work with Religious Associations jointly hold events to propagate national and spiritual values in the Azerbaijan Army and instill patriotism in military personnel.

A graduation ceremony on the occasion of the graduation from intermediate level Italian language courses was held at the Institute of Military Administration, functioning under the National Defense University of the Ministry of Defense.

On May 30, in the evening , the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of Yukhari Zoghalli settlement of the Basarkechar region of the state border using various caliber weapons subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions in the direction of Zivel settlement of the Kalbajar region.

The Teknofest Azerbaijan Aerospace and Technology Festival held in Baku aroused great interest among the audience.
