On August 11 from 22:20 to 00:05 on August 12, the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the Chambarak, Ttujur settlements of the Chambarak region, as well as Ashaghi Shorzha of the Basarkechar region using small arms periodically subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions in the direction of Zamanli and Garavellar settlements of the Gadabay region, as well as Zeylik settlement of the Kalbajar region.

On August 11, starting from 16:20 to 21:05, the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the Arazdeyen settlement of the Vedi region and Goysu settlement of the Basarkechar region as well as positions in the Chambarak region using various caliber weapons and sniper rifles periodically subjected to fire positions of the Azerbaijan Army in the direction of the Heydarabad settlement of the Sadarak region of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Galakend and Zamanli settlements of the Gadabay region.

The complete withdrawal of the remnants of the Armenian armed forces from the territory of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeeping forces are temporarily deployed, was not ensured, as it is provided for by the trilateral statement signed on November 10, 2020, by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the President of the Russian Federation and the prime minister of Armenia.

On August 11, at 01:05, the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the Zarkand settlement of the Basarkechar region using various caliber weapons subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions in the direction of the Damirchidam settlement of the Kalbajar region.

On August 10, in the daytime, the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the Arazdeyen settlement of the Vedi region using various caliber weapons subjected to fire positions of the Azerbaijan Army in the direction of the Heydarabad settlement of the Sadarak region of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Tank and mechanized units of the Combined Arms Army started the new training period with active exercises.

On August 9, starting from 17:10 to 17:40, the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the Arazdeyen settlement of the Vedi region using various caliber weapons periodically subjected to fire positions of the Azerbaijan Army in the direction of the Sadarak region of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov visited the Naval Forces to inspect the readiness of the team to participate in the “Sea Cup” contest, which will be held as part of the International Army Games-2021.
