According to the annual plan of military cooperation signed between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Federal Ministry of Defense of the Federal Republic of Germany, a meeting of military legal experts of the two countries was held in Baku on November 15.

The Combined Arms Army held the training-methodological sessions with young officers, who graduated from the Azerbaijan Military Academy named after Heydar Aliyev and the Military Medical Faculty of the Azerbaijan Medical University this year and serving in relevant positions in military units.

Starting from the night of November 15, the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in Yukhari Shorzha settlement of Basarkechar region subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions in the Zeylik and Yellija settlements of the Kalbajar region.

The Armenian armed forces units attempted to commit another provocation to aggravate the situation in the Lachin section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border.

Starting from the evening of November 13 to the morning of November 14, the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the Yukhari Shorja, Zarkand, Azizli, and Jermuk settlements of the Basarkechar region using sniper rifles, grenade launchers, and various caliber weapons periodically and unreasonably subjected to intensive fire the Azerbaijan Army positions in the Zeylik, Yellija and Istisu settlements of the Kalbajar region.

On November 13 starting from afternoon, the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of the Yukhari Shorja settlement of the Basarkechar region using various caliber weapons, sniper rifles and grenade launchers subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions in the direction of the Zeylik settlement of the Kalbajar region.

According to the training plan for 2021, a competition for the title of best battalion commander was held in the Land Forces.

In accordance with the combat training plan for 2021, the units of the Rocket and Artillery Troops carried out combat firing.

The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, who is on a working visit to the Russian Federation, took part in the regular meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the participating countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) held on November 10 in Moscow.
