UN Peacekeeping Defence Ministerial meeting started in London. Minister of Defence Colonel General Zakir Hasanov is also participating in the meeting.
The meeting is hosted by UK Secretary of State for Defense Michael Fallon. This event is a continuation of the summit on peacekeeping held in September last year by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and US President Barack Obama with the heads of nearly 50 countries concerning the protection of peacekeeping in the world and is for accelerating the global works carried out in this sphere.
The meeting is attended by the defense ministers of 80 countries.
