In accordance with the training plan for 2024, training-methodical sessions were held with officers and psychologists on ideological work and moral-psychological support in one of the military units.
First, the memory of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev, and Shehids (Martyrs), who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, was honored with observing a minute of silence. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
During the sessions, reports were heard on the work done during the past year, achievements and elimination of shortcomings in ideological work and improvement of moral and psychological support. Work to be implemented in this field in the current year and prospective plans were discussed.
Moreover, the importance of military patriotism education, increasing of moral and psychological training of servicemen, strengthening of military discipline, individual training of military personnel and proper organization of mutual relations in the Azerbaijan Army was brought to attention.
During the sessions, the officers made reports on this increase of the efforts in ideological work and moral-psychological support.
