Within the framework of Defence Education Enhancement Program (DEEP), a scientific and practical conference on the topics "Leadership features of the national leader Heydar Aliyev" was held in the War College of the Armed Forces.
Before the beginning of the conference, the participants of the event honored the memory of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and martyrs who gave their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan with observing a minute of silence.
At the conference, which began its work in plenary sessions, scientific reports were heard on the topics "Command environment", "Centralized command and control", "Ethical decision-making", "Leadership and military professionalism" and others.
During the main session of the conference, Lieutenant-General Heydar Piriyev, Major-General Rasim Aliyev, Doctor of the US Joint Forces Staff College in Norfolk John Bauer and Doctor of Historical Sciences, Colonel Mehman Suleymanov presented their speeches on the topics.
After the main meeting, the conference concluded its work.
