The Second International Defense Forum on the topic “The Impact of New War Trends on Peace and Development” was held at the University of National Defense of the People’s Liberation Army of China in Beijing.
The officer of the Azerbaijan Army, Captain 2nd Rank Rashad Mammadov addressed a wide audience with a report on the topic “The use of artificial intelligence in military matters: challenges, prospects and risks.”
The forum was attended by the leadership of the National Defense University of the People’s Liberation Army of China, the regional head of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Western Asia, including 194 high-ranking students from 88 countries.
At the end of the event, Deputy Head of the National Defense University of China handed over a certificate to Captain 2nd Rank R. Mammadov.
