On the naval base of the Azerbaijan Naval Forces the referees of the "Sea Cup - 2018" international contest were awarded certificates for the right for refereeing.
During the seminar, the referees discussed the Regulation on "refereeing" and came to a common understanding of the principles and criteria of refereeing, the procedure for calculating prize and penalty points, defined the powers and duties of referees and arbitrators. Also, they have passed a qualification test, according to the results of which the organizers of the contest handed over armbands and certificates for the right for refereeing.
