According to the action plan approved by the Minister of Defense Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, the Open Doors Day for parents and relatives of the soldiers was held in all military units on the occasion of the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis and the New Year.
Visitors got acquainted with the housing and living conditions created in military units, as well as visited official, administrative buildings, soldiers' barracks, and mess halls. A demonstration of various types of military equipment and weapons was also organized for the guests.
As part of the Open Doors Day that was held in military units with the participation of the command staff, the meetings with parents were held to discuss all questions they are interested in. Concert programs and other cultural events have also been organized.
