In accordance with the combat coordination plan of the Nakhchivan garrison troops for the 2021 training year, Command-Staff Exercises were conducted.
During the Command-Staff Exercises, the troops of the Nakhchivan garrison were brought into the state of combat readiness of various levels, formations, and units have been put on alert and withdrawn to the exercise areas. The military personnel worked-out the quick fulfillment of tasks while bringing them to various levels of combat readiness.
At the last stage of the exercises, the activity of formations and units, the reality of decisions, and calculations were evaluated on the computers at the Simulation Center of the Nakhchivan garrison. Computer-assisted exercises are conducted with the aim of improving the skills and abilities of the commanders to make decisions in a short time in accordance with the current tactical situation and report to the command staff, as well as to bring decisions made to their subordinates and organize combat operations.
At the end of the exercises, during the analysis of the performed activities, it was noted that the assigned goals were achieved, the activities of the commanders and headquarters of formations and units involved in the exercises were evaluated by the Coordination group of the garrison, and the instructions for eliminating of identified shortcomings with the commanders of formations and units were clarified.
