In relation to the activities carried out by the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, established with an aim to prevent the threat that could be caused by a coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the Ministry of Defense began to receive and register citizens only via e-mail and telephone.
