On the occasion of the 98th birthday anniversary of the National Leader of our people, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Heydar Aliyev, on May 10, representatives of the Main Department for Personnel of the Ministry of Defense visited a corner in the administrative building of the Department dedicated to the Great Leader, laid flowers at his bust and paid tribute to his memory.
The servicemen were informed in detail about the glorious life path of the Great Leader, which was dedicated to the Motherland and the people, as well as is an example for Azerbaijani youth. The exceptional services of Heydar Aliyev in the army development were also emphasized.
It was proudly noted that the glorious Victory in the Patriotic War, which began with the operation “Iron Fist”, was a historic event in which our Great Leader' dreams and Father's Will came true due to the unity of our people, the victory march of our army and the determination of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
