On January 30, the regular graduation ceremony for young officers took place at the Training and Educational Center of the Armed Forces. Young officers were given the rank of lieutenant by order of the Minister of Defense on the occasion of graduating from the Reserve Officer Training Course,
First, the participants of the event paid tribute to the memory of the national leader Heydar Aliyev and the Martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan by observing a minute of silence. Then the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
The participants speaking at the event congratulated the officers who were awarded the first military rank of lieutenant, and wished them success in the service.
At the end of the event, officers who successfully completed the course were given lieutenant shoulder straps and certificates.
