A graduation ceremony for Retraining and Advanced Training Courses was held in the Combined Arms Army. Officers who successfully completed courses have been appointed to the new positions.
The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed at the ceremony. Colonel Mehman Gulmammadov noted that the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the officers who participated in the courses were improved based on their specialties.
Elnur Shakarov, speaking on behalf of the graduates, promised to successfully apply the new tactical knowledge acquired at the courses in the duty stations, and to make every effort to further increase the professionalism of our Army.
Lieutenant General Kerem Mustafayev, Commander of the Combined Arms Army, emphasized that as a result of the successful continuation of the policy in the field of army development, founded by national leader Heydar Aliyev, today our army is one of the strongest in the world. The training of professional servicemen in the Combined Arms Army, which provides a reliable defense of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, is a logical continuation of the work done in the field of army development. The knowledge, skills, and professionalism that servicemen gained in the courses are reflected in the successes and tactical exercises of our Army. Of course, all this indicates a high assessment given to the military affairs in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
At the end of the speeches, graduates were awarded certificates and gifts.
A graduate who completed the courses perfectly attached the emblems to the symbolic stumps. Then orders on the appointment of graduates to new positions have been read out at the ceremony.
At the end of the ceremony, the graduates have solemnly marched in front of the podium.
