According to the action plan for 2019 approved by the Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, a graduation ceremony was held for chefs who successfully completed the “Chefs Training Courses”.
The aim of the courses is to increase the level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of military chefs serving in the Army Corps, formations, military units and special military-educational institutions of the Azerbaijan Army.
During the courses, the classes on the proper preparation of food, the waste management standards resulting from the processing of products, the rule of operation of technological equipment, the observance of the cleanliness of uniforms, strict compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements and on other topics were conducted for military chefs.
The servicemen and civilian workers who successfully completed the courses were issued Certificates.
