The Educational and Training Center of the Combined Arms Army hosted an event on the occasion of the third anniversary of the Gunnut operation.
At the event, the memory of the Shehids (Martyrs) who died for the independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan was honored.
The officer of Combined Arms Army Fariz Sarkhanov and the head of the full secondary school of the Nakhchivan garrison Natig Ahmadov spoke about the strength of our army and the importance of Gunnut operation.
It was noted that if the battles of April 2016 showed the military power of the Azerbaijan Army, then the liberation of the strategic high grounds and territories during the Gunnut operation in 2018 confirmed the high maneuverability of our army. Thus, the Azerbaijan Army gaining experience on the battlefield defeated the enemy in the Patriotic War and completely liberated our lands from the occupation.
The event was also attended by the brave servicemen who participated in the successful Gunnut operation. At the end of the event, videos about the strength of the Azerbaijan Army were shown, soldiers and students read patriotic poems.
