The Azerbaijan Army continues to hold a series of events on the occasion of the declaration of 2021 as the “Year of Nizami Ganjavi” by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the 880th anniversary of Nizami Ganjavi.
On this occasion, in one of the military units the Army Ideological and Cultural Center named after Hazi Aslanov organized a literary-musical event “The altar of love is the high heavens“ dedicated to the great poet and thinker Nizami Ganjavi.
First, the memory of the national leader Heydar Aliyev and the Shehids (Martyrs) who died for the independence and territorial integrity of our country was honored with observing a minute of silence. The State Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
It was noted that holding such events among servicemen plays an important role in inoculating national and moral values to the military personnel and raising their spirit of patriotism.
