Scientific-practical conference "Strategies XXI" was held
An online international scientific-practical conference "Strategies XXI" was held at the "Carol I" National Defense University of Romania.
At the plenary session of the conference, the rector of the National Defense University, Professor, Lieutenant General Heydar Piriyev delivered a report on "Military aspects of the Second Karabakh War" and answered the questions of conference participants.
