On August 2, representatives of the teams participating in the “Sea Cup-2019” international contest and made a reconnaissance trip to the area of the exercises at sea.
An introductory briefing on the organization and order of the competition, security measures and other organizational issues was held with the leadership of the teams. The issues of the organization of communication and interaction of ships at sea, as well as tactical and navigation estimations for conducting contest exercises, were determined.
