The Azerbaijan Army continues holding events aimed at instilling national-spiritual values and a sense of patriotism in the personnel of the Azerbaijan Army according to the instructions of the Minister of Defense.
In accordance with the joint action plan approved for 2023, representatives of the State Committee on Religious Associations held meetings and had conversations with servicemen in one of the military units.
At the event, the memory of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev, and Shehids (Martyrs), who sacrificed their lives for the sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, was honored with observing a minute of silence. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
In order to adapt young soldiers to service conditions and protect their mental health, the speakers had conversations and gave necessary recommendations. The importance of young peoples’ upbringing in the military-patriotic spirit, the role of national-spiritual values in protecting young people from bad habits, as well as enlightenment activities held in this direction were highlighted.
In the end, questions of the military personnel were answered.
