According to the Defense Ministry’s Action Plan for 2019, representatives of the Baku Military Court and the Baku Court of Appeal held meetings in the Naval Forces for legal education of the military personnel.
During the meetings, representatives of courts have talked to the military personnel about the establishment of mutual relations, in accordance with the requirements of the Military Regulations, increasing the role of court verdicts and judgments in the fight against criminality, and taking preventive measures for suppression of commission of crimes by the servicemen, in particular against military service.
In the end, the guests responded to the questions of military personnel and stressed the importance of holding such events.
