According to the Defense Ministry’s Action Plan for 2019, representatives of the Fizuli Military Court and the Shirvan Court of Appeals held meetings in military units stationed in the frontline zone.
During the meetings, representatives of courts have talked to the military personnel about the establishment of mutual relations, in accordance with the requirements of the Military Regulations, increasing the role of court verdicts and judgments in the fight against criminality, and taking preventive measures for suppression of commission of crimes by the servicemen, in particular against military service.
In the end, the guests who responded to the questions of military personnel stressed the importance of holding such events.
