On the instruction of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the Open Doors Day was held today, on March 17, for parents and relatives of servicemen to enhance public control, strengthen unity between the army and the people, improve the fruitfulness of working with families of soldiers.
During the events held in all military units of the Azerbaijan Army on the eve of the Novruz holiday, the guests got acquainted with the living conditions created for the military personnel and also visited official, administrative buildings, soldiers' barracks, and mess halls.
During the meetings of the commanding staff of military units with the parents of soldiers, organized as part of the Open Doors Day, all issues they are interested in have been discussed, and the questions were responded.
After the completion of concert programs with the participation of creative cultural groups of the Central House of Officers named after Azi Aslanov, the House of Officers of the Ganja Garrison, as well as other representatives of art and famous singers, the festive tables have been organized for the servicemen and guests.
