On the instruction of the Minister of Defense Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, on the occasion of the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis and the New Year, Open Doors Day is being held today for parents and relatives of the soldiers in all military units.
Visitors will get acquainted with housing and living conditions created in military units, as well as visit office and administrative buildings, soldiers' barracks, and mess halls.
During the meetings of the Minister of Defense, deputies of minister and commanders of types of troops with the parents of soldiers to be held as part of the Open Doors Day, they will discuss issues and respond to the visitors' questions related to military service.
The cultural events for the military personnel will be held and festive gifts will be presented in regard to the holiday.
