The Director of the Heydar Aliyev Museum, Ramil Orujaliyev gave extensive information to the military personnel about the life and social and political activities of the National Leader. It was reported that the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, who was distinguished in the history of world politics with his excellent management ability, foresight and high leadership qualities, devoted his entire life to the future development of the country and the welfare of the people during his presidency in Azerbaijan.
It was emphasized that, as in all spheres of state building in the country, Great Leader Heydar Aliyev has unparalleled services in army development. As a result of the purposeful and decisive policy pursued by the National Leader Heydar Aliyev after his return to power for the second time, the National Army was formed, urgent measures were taken to establish the regular Armed Forces of Azerbaijan.
