Novruz cuisine was organized in the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center in the Aghdam region on the initiative of the Azerbaijan National Culinary Association.
During the event, Professor Tahir Amiraslanov informed the servicemen in detail about the hospitality of our people, the traditions of Novruz, and the symbolism of sweets baked for the holiday.
In the end of the event, the participants were awarded diplomas of the Association and books written by Professor T. Amiraslanov, and a festive lunch was also organized.
