The process of army development in Azerbaijan has been successfully continued after the historic Victory in the Second Karabakh War. The scientific and theoretical network of the process has been expanded with the establishment of the National Defense University (NDU).
The 70th graduation ceremony of Officer Development Course was held at the Training and Educational Center of the Azerbaijan Army.
The ceremony commenced with a tribute to the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, and the Martyrs, who sacrificed their lives for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Motherland. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
Deputy Rector of the NDU for Science - Rector of the Military Scientific Research Institute Major General Arif Hasanov spoke about the activities of the university, the military training process, innovations implemented in this field, the effectiveness of officer training courses in army development, and congratulated the graduates on their successful completion of the course.
Afterwards, Captain Mushfig Rahimli, who graduated with honors from the course, spoke about the importance of such courses in army development and stated that the new scientific knowledge gained in this course will be successfully applied in the combat training process in the troops.
Then, the graduates were presented with honorary certificates and valuable gifts.
In the end, the officers were presented with certificates, and the course leader attached the graduation emblem to the symbolic stump.
