The Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov viewed the booth of the National Defense University and other universities within the 5th Anniversary Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition ADEX at the Baku Expo Center.
The Defense Minister was informed about successful pass of the team of the Military Institute named after Heydar Aliyev of NDU to the selection rounds of the TEKNOFEST 2024 technology competition held in Türkiye and its advancing to the final stage. Azerbaijani team participated in the competition with the project of TORATAN drone ZN-44.
Plus, NDU booth exhibits KHILASKAR (Rescuer) drone developed by the cadets of the Military Institute named after Heydar Aliyev, taken the 3rd place in B category of the UAVs Competition of TEKNOFEST Azerbaijan Aerospace and Technology Festival held in Baku in 2022.
