The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov has sent a letter of condolences to the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Lieutenant General Nurlan Yermekbayev.
The letter says: “I am deeply shocked by the news of the death of servicemen and a large number of wounded as a result of an explosion near the Taraz city of the fraternal Republic of Kazakhstan.
May the Almighty Allah rest the souls of the deceased. I express my deep condolences to their families and wish them patience. I wish a speedy recovery to all the wounded.
May Allah rest the souls of the deceased servicemen in peace ".
