The delegation, headed by the director of the Office for International Military Cooperation of the Central Military Commission of the People's Republic of China, Rear-Admiral Guan Yuefei, held meetings in the Ministry of Defense and the Naval Forces of Azerbaijan.
During the meetings of the delegation held with the acting Deputy Minister of Defense for Logistics Major General Fuad Mammadov and the acting commander of the Naval Forces, Captain 1st Rank Zaur Hummatov, the current state and prospective directions of bilateral military cooperation were reviewed.
