According to the action plan for 2021 approved by the Minister of Defense, on March 13, a graduation ceremony for chefs who successfully completed the 13th “Military Chefs Training Courses” was held in one of the military units.
At first, at the graduation ceremony, the memory of the national leader Heydar Aliyev and the Shehids (martyrs) who died for the independence and territorial integrity of our Motherland was honored with observing a minute of silence. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
During the courses, the classes on the proper preparation of food, the waste management standards resulting from the processing of products, the rule of operation of technological equipment, strict compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements, and on other topics were conducted for military chefs.
The servicemen and civilian workers who successfully completed the courses were issued Certificates.
At the end, a photo with graduates was taken.
