Media tours to the types of troops of the Azerbaijan Army, departments and services of the Ministry, as well as special educational institutions were organized for media representatives on the occasion of 26 June – Armed Forces Day.
As part of the media tours, media representatives got acquainted with the organization of service and combat activities of military personnel, as well as with social and living conditions and logistic support.
Media representatives visited military units stationed in the liberated territories, as well as the Azerbaijan Army's combat positions located on the state border, and met with servicemen serving there.
Servicemen expressed satisfaction with the conditions created due to the attention and care of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, and pride in serving in the Azerbaijan Army.
