Foreign Language Center of the Institute of Military Management under the National Defense University hosted the opening ceremony of the Italian Language Course. 
The event was attended by the institute leadership, course participants, and the Military Attaché of the Italian Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan, 1st grade Captain Gianfranco Vizzini.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Rector for Science and Education of the Institute of Military Management, 1st grade Captain Asad Rustamov emphasized the importance of the Italian Language Course in advancing the foreign language proficiency and enhancing the professional competence of personnel.
In his remarks, Italian Military Attaché of the Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan, 1st grade Captain Gianfranco Vizzini emphasized the steady advancement of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Italy across a range of areas, including the field of military cooperation.
It was noted that such courses make a significant contribution to further strengthening interaction and facilitating the exchange of expertise between the relevant institutions of the two countries.
Subsequently, Italy’s Military Attaché signed institute’s Book of Honor.
The ceremony ended with taking a group photo.
