Graduation ceremony for the next cohort of the Officer Training School was held at the Training and Educational Center of the Azerbaijan Army. 
The ceremony commenced with a one-minute silence in memory of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, and the Martyrs, who sacrificed their lives in the defense of the Motherland. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was then performed.
Later, video highlighting the army development carried out across the Azerbaijan Army was screened during the ceremony.
Addressing the ceremony, the Rector of the National Defense University, Major General Gunduz Abdulov congratulated the newly commissioned Lieutenants on behalf of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense on this significant occasion and wished success in their future military service.
Speaking about the reforms implemented in the field of military education within the Azerbaijan Army, the Rector noted that extensive opportunities have been created to support the professional development of servicemembers. He also expressed confidence that, drawing on the knowledge and skills acquired during their studies, new officers would enhance the combat spirit and moral-psychological readiness of the units they will serve.
Speaking on behalf of the graduates, the course's top-ranking graduate, Lieutenant Sanan Piriyev expressed his gratitude to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the leadership of the Ministry of Defense for the favorable conditions provided, the high standard of organization of the course, and the support extended to the participants.
The ceremony continued with top graduate's affixing the course emblem to the symbolic stump.
Following the presentation of certificates, honorary diplomas, and valuable gifts to the starting officers who successfully completed the course, the ceremony concluded with a commemorative photo.
