Graduation ceremony held for the Academic Management Course

Graduation ceremony marking the first cohort of the Academic Management Course was held at the Military Management Institute under the National Defense University. 
The ceremony commenced with a one-minute silence in memory of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, and the Martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was then performed.
A short documentary highlighting the outstanding contributions of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev to the army development was subsequently screened.
Addressing the participants, the Rector of the National Defense University, Major General Gunduz Abdulov congratulated the graduates on behalf of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and wished them continued success in their future service.
The Rector of the Military Management Institute, Colonel Elnur Alasgarli then delivered a comprehensive briefing on the course, outlining its objectives, functions, candidate selection process, and academic curriculum.
The Rector also expressed his appreciation to the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the National Defense University for their continued support.
Speaking on behalf of the graduates, the course valedictorian, Lieutenant Colonel Rauf Safarov, expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the National Defense University and the Military Management Institute, as well as to the faculty members, for the excellent conditions provided and for the high standard of organization and delivery of the course.
In accordance with the graduation ceremony program, Major General Gunduz Abdulov presented the top graduate with a certificate, a certificate of merit, and a commemorative gift in recognition of his outstanding academic achievement.
The ceremony concluded with the traditional affixing of the course emblem to the symbolic stump, followed by the presentation of certificates and graduation badges to the graduates.
