English courses graduation ceremony took place at the War College of the Armed Forces.
During the ceremony, the memory of the national leader Heydar Aliyev and our compatriots who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of the country was honored with observing a minute moment of silence.
The Chief of the War College of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Heydar Piriyev speaking at the event, congratulated the graduates and wished them success in their future career.
The US Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan Earle Litzenberger also congratulated the participants who successfully completed the courses and noted the exceptional merits of the higher-education teaching personnel, who made efforts in studying the English language by servicemen.
The servicemen who graduated from the courses were awarded diplomas and certificates.
