On June 23, the Azerbaijan Defense Minister Colonel General Zakir Hasanov and the leadership of the ministry took part in the opening of the renovated new administrative building of the Housing Operational Department.
The Minister of Defense was informed that the four-story building, equipped with a centralized heating system, electricity, water, and gas, consists of over one hundred administrative and office premises, as well as a conference hall intended for solemn ceremonies. All rooms are equipped with furniture and communication lines.
There is a checkpoint, storage area for special vehicles and a mess hall in the territory. Trees and ornamental flower bushes were also planted in the territory. The territory has an asphalt covering.
After the opening of the building and acquaintance with the territory, the Minister of Defense gave instructions in connection with the improvement of the social and living conditions, as well as housing and communal conditions of servicemen.
