CSC athlete won a silver medal at the world championship in Albania
The athlete of the Central Sports Club (CSC) successfully performed as part of the Azerbaijani delegation at the U23 World Championship held in Tirana, the capital city of Albania.
CSC athlete Ashraf Ashirov competed in freestyle wrestling in the 79 kg weight category and was awarded the silver medal of the U23 World Championship. The sportsman won 1 medal for the assets of Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that the coach of Azerbaijani athlete who won a medal in the world championship is Lieutenant Colonel Nazim Alijanov.
