Ceremonial event marking the 12th anniversary of the establishment of the Combined Arms Army was held at the CAA Training and Educational Center. 
At the event attended by military personnel of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense and Combined Arms Army, a minute of silence was observed to honor the memory of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and Martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
Addressing the participants, the Commander of the Combined Arms Army (CAA), Lieutenant General Kanan Seyidov conveyed the congratulations of the Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov to the personnel. He congratulated personnel on this significant occasion and wished them continued success in their professional activities.
Subsequently, a video presentation reflecting the process of army development in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and the reforms implemented over the past period was screened.
With the participation of the creative team of the CAA Training and Educational Center, national dances were performed and patriotic songs were presented.
At the conclusion of the event, military personnel and civilian employees who had distinguished themselves in the performance of their official duties were awarded.
