Graduation ceremony of the Warrant Officer Training Course was held at the Training and Educational Center of the Combined Arms Army. 
The ceremony commenced with commemorating memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and Martyrs, who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland. National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed under accompaniment of the military orchestra.
Major General Etibar Maharramov congratulated the graduates on behalf of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and wished them success in future service. He emphasized that the knowledge and skills acquired during the course would play a significant role in enhancing their combat capabilities and further improving their level of professionalism. He also recommended them to take constant care of their subordinate personnel and to safeguard military property.
The graduates expressed their gratitude to the leadership for the attention and care shown to them and pledged to further develop the knowledge and skills they had acquired and apply them at their places of service.
The top graduate of the course symbolically attached an emblem to a tree stump.
The ceremony concluded with a solemn march-past of the personnel in front of the grandstand.
