The First Deputy of Defence Minister – Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces Colonel General Najmaddin Sadikov attended Military Committee in Chiefs of Staff Sessions in Resolute Support and Interoperability Partners formats held on 17 January at NATO Headquarters in Brussels.
During the Resolute Support session Chiefs of Defense discussed the current status of the Mission and security situation on the ground. Furthermore, within the scope of the lnteroperability Partners format session, the Chiefs of Defense deliberated on ways to further increase interoperability and the different tailored work strands required to achieve this.
Within the scope of the visit the Chief of General Staff of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces had also meetings on bilateral basis.
